Okay.

Right away it made me change my login password. Hopefully I can change it back. The platform looks technical and banking. The old was so friendly and inviting. The reward points are not visible with the accounts. I do have to say I like now finally you can see the details of transactions and plus my payments on what was interesting and principal. Going to the bank’s website to see information seems faster. Some are better and that’s why I scored it this.

Frustrating app

This app does not work as well as the previous one that they had out.
Mobile transfers from other bank accounts won’t work properly for me, ever. The login never works, and I always have to change my password. Renewing my password does not work, it always states “this password has already been used.” When, in fact, it absolutely has not ever been used. The whole process makes dealing with the financial institution much more difficult. No point in the “convenience” of an app if it can’t carry out its purpose.
Maybe one day it will run properly, but until then I guess I’ll stick with calling in.

not getting paid by my work anymore

previously on the old app my money from my paycheck would just come in automatically every single day at 12 AM ever since I switched to this app this is the first paycheck I could’ve gotten with it and it has not come in. It has been over eight hours, since my paycheck was supposed to come in. Do any of you guys know how to fix this cause I need my paycheck lol.
